I have studied the guqin (Chinese 7-string zither) with Ji Zhiqun since 1996. Works that I like to play include major ones such as Xiao Xiang Shui Yun, Yu Ge, Guang Ling San and more intimate works like Ping Sha Luo Yan, Ao Ai and Yang Guan San Die.
More recently I have also acquired interest in Chinese Architecture and Garden Design. In these traditional art forms, I like the way space and movement are shaped which resonate strongly with my recent musical works.
